Sonder was born out of a desire to work differently on complex social issues.
After years in traditional consultancies, we realized the old ways of working weren’t keeping pace with the complexity of today’s social issues. So, we set out to reimagine what’s possible and created Sonder in 2018—a responsive and flexible nonprofit model enabled by a global network of highly skilled, mission-driven consultants guided by our core values: openness, accountability, and humility.
